Pet Policy:
Steeple Crest is pet friendly. For pets 30 lbs. or less there is a $250 non-refundable fee plus $15.00 per month for pet rent.

For pets 30 lbs. or above there is a $500 non-refundable fee plus $25.00 per month for pet rent. Steele Crest does have a breed restriction list.

Corporate Apartments

Steeple Crest offers furnished Corporate Apartments in one two and three bedrooms. If you are building, buying or moving to the area, corporate living may be for you. It’s just like visiting a condo at the beach! Our corporate apartments are based on a month to month lease agreement. Our corporate units start at $1,590 a month.
